Job Description



1. Updating product specifications.

2. Processing documentation.

3. Replying to technical-related emails from customers involving transactions through the website.

4. Responding to mixed customer inquiries on time & right attitude, with the customer being the priority.

5. Writing effective emails leads to resolution and Customer Satisfaction.

6. Correspond with careful attention to customer details so that it presents the professional image of yourself and the company.

7. Coordination with an internal client overwritten communication & call.

8. A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a team.

9. Maintain health checks of Multiple Seller Accounts.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

1. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
2. Email etiquette - Writing clear, concise & professional emails.
3. Effective Problem-Solving Skills.
4. Managerial skills.

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - 28,000 Depending upon your skill level, KPI salary component of Rs. 10000/- will be based on attendance & performance.

Office Location: Viman Nagar Pune Maharashtra

Office Timings: 11:30 AM - 08: 30 PM (Mon - Fri)
