Job Description

Financial Data Analysis:

• Analyze financial statements, reports, and market trends to provide insights into business performance.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  
  Forecasting and Budgeting:
• Develop financial models and projections to predict future financial outcomes.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis and scenario planning.Trend Identification:
• Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to identify potential impacts on the organization.
• Provide analysis and insight into financial trends and metrics.
  
  Reporting:
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate financial results and trends effectively to support decision-making.
  Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of long-term business strategies.
  
  Recommendations:
• Provide actionable recommendations based on financial analysis to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvements
  
  SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management
• Leadership skills
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a similar industry or sector.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  
  QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• CFA, CPA, or related professional certification is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

SALARY : Rs.18k - 28k Depending on your skill level
Office Location : Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
Office Timings : 11:30 AM - 08: 30 PM (Mon - Fri)
