Job Description

Job Title: IT Team Leader

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Based on skill level)

Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Resource Management:

• Manage the team’s workload and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Allocate and track resources efficiently based on project requirements.
• Set, monitor, and enforce deadlines to meet project goals.
• Oversee employee work logs, time tracking, and leave records.
• Conduct employee appraisals and monitor individual progress.
• Ensure team motivation and a target-driven work environment.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of responsibility and excellence.

Project Management & Quality Control:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of new systems.
• Enhance existing systems to increase functionality and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all tasks and projects are managed effectively using task management tools.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Document project progress, updates, and key findings.

Technical & Development Responsibilities:

• Maintain programming functions across all retail platforms and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and address issues related to servers and applications.
• Upgrade, update, and enhance retail platforms as required.
• Develop new systems, databases, and websites to support business growth.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct research and development to stay updated with emerging technologies.

Training & Strategic Leadership:

• Provide training to team members in new technologies and programming techniques.
• Lead the team in strategic planning and technology integration.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical expertise.
• Collaborate with senior management in policy-making and overall business strategy.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, AJAX.
• Strong expertise in solution design, problem-solving, and project management.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong client presentation abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.E / MCA / MCM / M.Sc. Computer Science from a reputed institute.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of technical experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role managing 3 or more staff.
