Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Lead and oversee the planning and execution of online marketing and merchandising initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth.
Ensure the team aligns with company goals and follows e-commerce best practices.
Supervise digital content management across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for conversion.
Oversee the company's presence on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, ensuring products are prominently listed and aligned with the brand image.
Address and resolve any issues related to product listings, customer feedback, and platform compliance.
Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce department, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales objectives.
Lead SEO efforts and marketing campaigns to enhance online brand performance and visibility.
Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall company marketing objectives.
Manage the e-commerce department’s budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for marketing campaigns, platform management, and team development.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to create a cohesive strategy that maximizes sales and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovations to enhance the online shopping experience, streamline operations, and increase sales.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in an e-commerce leadership role, with a strong track record in online sales and digital marketing.
Expertise in e-commerce regulations, platform-specific policies, and best practices.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
