Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skill level)
Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning: Develop HR planning strategies in collaboration with line managers, considering both immediate and long-term staffing requirements.
Recruitment & Selection: Prepare job descriptions and advertisements, determine the best platforms for job postings, shortlist applicants, and conduct interviews using various selection techniques, including psychometric testing.
Compensation & Benefits: Advise on salary structures, promotions, employee benefits, and payroll administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
HR Policies & Compliance: Interpret and advise on employment laws, develop and implement HR policies related to disciplinary procedures, absence management, performance management, equal opportunities, and working conditions.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances, implement disciplinary procedures, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Training & Development: Conduct training needs analysis, plan and deliver training programs, including staff inductions, to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day HR functions and ensure seamless execution of company operations.
Facility Management: Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
