Sales & Marketing Sr Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Organize and manage a diverse range of digital content (images, videos, and copy) for multiple products. Ensure the content is up-to-date and reflects the current product lineup accurately.

  2. Proactively manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and websites powered by Shopify. This includes adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring that products are accurately represented and easy for customers to purchase.

  3. Work closely with brand and marketing teams to confirm product details are precise, correctly categorized, and distributed effectively across all channels.

  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve online merchandising, advertising, and marketing efforts. Regularly analyze platform performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.

  5. Employ SEO best practices to enhance brand visibility and performance online. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to boost brand engagement and sales.

  6. Maintain a keen awareness of market dynamics, including supply and demand, changing trends, and competitor strategies, to manage sales volume, product mix, and pricing effectively.

  7. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for e-commerce activities. Generate detailed product and sales reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.

  8. Approve marketing campaigns and plans, ensuring they align with brand objectives and budget constraints. Collaborate with company officers to set marketing budgets and objectives.

Mandatory Skill sets:

  1. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and experience managing these platforms is essential. Strong foundation in digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.

  2. Proficiency with online advertising and analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics).

  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and content creation.

  4. Creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  5. Independent individual with strong project management and organizational skills.

  6. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive results through effective marketing strategies.

Salary :?

  1.  Rs. 40,000 - 45,000 Depending on your skill level, and an inculde KPI salary component of Rs. 10000/- will be based on attendance & performance.

Office Location: Viman Nagar Pune Maharashtra

Office Timings: 11:30 AM - 08: 30 PM (Mon - Fri)
