Operations Manager

Job Description

Procurement Management:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
  • Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Monitor procurement metrics and analyze data to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.


Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align operational activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing plans by coordinating resources, materials, and logistics.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Warehousing Oversight:

  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management.
  • Implement best practices for inventory control, including regular stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and minimize handling costs.


Operations Management:

  • Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


General Activities:

  • Provide oversight and support for general administrative activities as needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff to address concerns and facilitate communication.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 3 to 8 years of progressive experience in operations, procurement, or related functions.
  • At least 1 to 4 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably overseeing multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Managerial skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence

 

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

 

Salary: Rs. 45,000 - 75,000 Depending upon your skill level,  The salary bracket also includes the KPI component which is based on attendance & performance.

Office Location: Viman Nagar Pune Maharashtra

Office Timings: 11:30 AM - 08: 30 PM (Mon - Fri)
