|Job Summary||We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.|
|Key areas of responsibilities||Overseeing daily business operations.|
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training managers and staff.
Monitoring and Motivating staff
Creating and managing budgets.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Resolve Interdepartmental communication issues
Maintain the department and employee relations
Implementation of the policies
Communication strategy and results of the employees.
Evaluate and improve operations & financial performance

|Education, Experience and skills required||Qualification : Masters in Business Administration.|
Experience : Minimum 5 years Good knowledge of different business functions.
Min 10 to 20 years of experience ( Minimum 5 year Managerial Experience)
