Job Summary | We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. |
Key areas of responsibilities | Overseeing daily business operations. Developing and implementing growth strategies. Training managers and staff. Monitoring and Motivating staff Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue. Hiring employees. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing accounting and financial data. Researching and identifying growth opportunities. Generating reports and giving presentations. Resolve Interdepartmental communication issues Maintain the department and employee relations Implementation of the policies Communication strategy and results of the employees. Evaluate and improve operations & financial performance Prepare regular reports for the Upper management. Develop strategies to improve quality and productivity. Preparation budget & expense management Collect, check, and submit work logs and monitor time in/out and holidays. Conduct and maintain appraisals and progress of each employee Ensure staff are motivated and target driven Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc. |
Education, Experience and skills required | Qualification : Masters in Business Administration. Experience : Minimum 5 years Good knowledge of different business functions. Min 10 to 20 years of experience ( Minimum 5 year Managerial Experience) Strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized. Strong work ethic. Good interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Computer literate. Proactive nature. |
Salary | SALARY: ₹50000 TO ₹60000 /MONTH (DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF SKILLS) |
